About Heritage Greens
The subdivision contains 578 homes, the oldest being approximately twenty years old and the newest having been completed in the mid 1990's. The neighborhood can be entered from Colorado Blvd. via Links Pkwy, or from Holly St. via either Links Circle or Otero Ave. Children living in Heritage Greens attend the Blue Ribbon Award winning Littleton Schools, Lenski Elementary School, Powell Middle School, and Arapahoe High School. Neighborhood amenities include a full sized swimming pool with a diving board and pool house, four tennis courts, a neighborhood park, and professionally landscaped neighborhood entrances. The popular and challenging South Suburban Golf Course is within walking distance of many of the homes in Heritage Greens. Other neighborhood activities/groups include a 4 th of July Parade & Picnic, an End of the Summer Luau at the Pool, the Moms & Tots Group, a youth Swim Team, USTA & CTA Women's Tennis Leagues, USTA Men's Tennis League, Saturday Morning Men's Drop-In Tennis, Friday Evening Drop-In Mixed Doubles Tennis, the Evening Book Group, Ladies Bowling League, and Holiday Weekend Tennis Tournaments. On Christmas Eve, most homes in the neighborhood are decorated with luminaries creating a serene but festive glow to help celebrate the holiday season.The Heritage Greens' Homeowners' Association is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of neighborhood homeowners elected by neighborhood property owners. The Board holds monthly meetings and all residents are invited to attend the meetings.
